To an extent, psychological stress is such a part of our life that may prove to be essential for normal personality development but too much stress can be detrimental to your health. When you feel stressed for weeks or months on end, stress can make it difficult to concentrate, disrupt your sleep, and make you feel like you can’t overcome challenges in your life. Causes of Stress
Excessive consumption of sweet dishes leads to body imbalance meant that in turn, affects your mental health. Consumption of high amounts of caffeine also leads to anxiety. Excessive sodium intake can increase your blood pressure which can interfere with your mental health.
Uncertain routine or inability to follow a certain routine can also cause stress. For example, late-night activities, leaving bed late, skipping breakfast, etc. triggers mental health.

Almost all of us, from all over the world and from all walks of life, have to deal with financial stress and uncertainty at some point in our lives. Whether your problems stem from a loss of work, escalating debt, unexpected expenses, or a combination of factors, financial worry is one of the most common stressors in modern life.

How to deal with stress? The first and foremost thing that a person suffering from stress should do is to write about stressors and work upon them. Openly expressing your feelings instead of suppressing them is the best way to deal with stress. Try to stay away from person or situations which trigger your mental health. Look at tribulations from a positive perspective. Find positivity in negative situations. Learn to appreciate what you have instead of grieving upon what you don’t have. Don’t try to control things that can’t be controlled. Many things in life are out of control, especially the behaviour of other people. In case stress is too much, consult a therapist.
