Friends is an American television series which has gained immense popularity over the passage of time. Created by David Crane and Marta Kauffman, it has 10 seasons including 236 episodes. Friends It was disclosed that the stars of ‘Friends’ are coming back together for a reunion that will launched on HBO Max. The whole series of 10 seasons would be streamed on HBO Max.
All the six stars, Friends Jennifer Aniston, Courtney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer, will join for an unscripted event. The whole cast had only met twice after the show ended so everyone is quite excited about their reunion.
The reunion was supposed to be Friends filmed in March but in the wake of the pandemic, it was postponed. Moreover, it wasn’t to be added as another episode in the series but was supposed to be shot in the original set.
Apart from the fans, the Friends stars are also thrilled. Recently, Lisa Kudrow who stars as Phoebe Buffay in the show talked to “Entertainment Tonight” about her being exhilarated-
“The six of us haven’t been in a room together in front of people in 25 years and only once a few years ago, privately for dinner,” Friends she said. “I can only imagine. It’s gonna be fun. I mean, it’ll be really fun.”
Lisa also told that the stars were planning a reunion when the show got extremely hit and popular on Netflix. Friends The directors Marta and David also agreed for the reunion. Furthermore, Lisa added-
“That’s why Mart and David are so great,”
“They knew what they were doing.”
The Friends reunion may be conducted virtually if there are more delays but the team is trying that it takes place conventionally. It was also revealed that Friends the cast is raising money for the devastation caused by the coronavirus and would allow 1 winner along with 5 guests to attend the reunion. The winner would also get to have a chance to have coffee with the stars on the set. Friends It’s actually the reunion of one of the best shows ‘Friends’ and hence would be worth all the wait!
