UNLOCK 1.0, Till now there are 191K confirmed cases of coronavirus in India. We already crossed the stats of China last week, day by day the number is increasing with respect to the recovered one. It has been two months since lockdown has been announced and now we are moving from lockdown to unlock 1.0, despite the cases are increasing it is important to stabilize are economy as well. While everyone was assuming of lockdown 5.0 we moved to unlock 1.0. Since June 1 unlock 1.0 will be implemented with some sort of rules and regulations.
As we need to understand that by unlock ing it is not going back to the previous phase in which we were allowed to make gathering and move freely without any important work. The country is prepared to open in a phased manner. In the first phase, all the religious sites or places where people worship, hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, private stores, and grocery stores are likely to freely open. Schools, colleges, and other educational institutions are opened in the second phase by conferring every state if the situation is under control.
As domestic flights are already resumed but international flights and travel are still not to be operated till an unknown date. Places regarding entertainment such as theatre, cinema halls, bars, Metro’s, swimming pools, and parks will remain shut due to more public engagement than other places. Transportation of goods within inter-states and traveling has no curtailment now, but checking and safety measures are compulsory.
The limited number of hours to open any shops or hospitality services is still imposed and night curfew will continue to be in action as it is not allowed to unnecessarily travel at night.
All the exemption is not for containment zone as there are more chances to spread novel coronavirus there. There are plenty of exemption are given but few mandatory rules which are wearing masks and gloves, social distancing, and sanitizing every goods are applicable till pandemic doesn’t over.
While every state had given green signal for approaching unlock 1.0 there are two states to be in lockdown. Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Saturday promulgates publicly the fact that Punjab will be still in lockdown till June 30, an extension of four-week. He
mentioned, they had 23 new cases on Friday and 19 cases on Saturday without any travel history or to be in contact with an infected person. As he has to be assured that they didn’t enter stage three but they had second thoughts about it also. As they need to be more careful and aware at this point. However, lockdown 5.0 in Punjab will have more relaxation to restrictions imposed.
On the other hand Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, K Palaniswami had also announced an extension to lockdown till June 30. As he said relaxation to public transport services with a limited number of people indulged will be allowed and the private stage will be allowed to operate with permission granted only. You need to implement your personal safety measures also!
