Mithun Chakraborty’s Son booked for ‘rape of actress’ and his wife mentioned in FIR to aware of his actions

In a recent turn of events, Mithun Chakraborty’s son is booked for raping an actress over 3-year years. Veteran actor’s son Mahaakshay is booked for committing rape and forcing her to miscarriage and blackmailing her for the past years. Here, not only Mithun’s son but her wife Yogita Bali is also booked and accused in the FIR. The woman claims that her mother was aware of her Son’s actions and trying to protect him.

He was booked on Thursday for allegedly raping an actress over the duration of past three years. He also forced her for abortion when she turns out to be pregnant.  According to police in 2015, Mahaakshay called the actress to his home and spiked her drink only to rape her after she passed out. In a society, we live it is considered that it is a woman fault because “Woman raped” is quoted instead of “man raped her”. Police when briefing the media about the actress complaint he said “Mahaakshay repeatedly promised to marry her and continued to sexually assault her simultaneously he married actress Madalasa Sarma in 2018 and amidst this, he doesn’t stop assaulting her” the complaint stated.

Police also claimed that; in 2018 after shifting to the national capital she filed the complaint before the count as well. Earlier this month, the court issued a notice to the Maharashtra Police (Oshiwara Police Station in Mumbai) to conduct a detailed investigation as the heinous crime took place in his jurisdiction.

Mahaakshay and his mother, who the woman claims were aware of her son’s actions, are both on the investigation radar of Mumbai Police.

Moreover, the woman also claims that she tried to get an FIR registered in Mumbai but the police did not register the matter. Later, she appealed to a Delhi, where she appealed to a Delhi local court seeking directions for the FIR. Now, with the Court coming in between the matter, the eye will remain on the case to seek justice.
