With over a dozen new shows, movies, and specials coming to the streaming service this week, Netflix is staying busy in the third quarter of the month. Although there are no major franchises returning with new seasons, there are quite a few intriguing additions.
This week sees the release of The Lovebirds, a romantic comedy directed by Michael Showalter, of The State and Wet Hot American Summer fame. Álex Pina, the mastermind behind Money Heist, will also be seen teaming up with the producers of The Crown to bring White Lines that promises plenty of blood, lies, sex, drug explosions, and extravagant pool parties.
