Actor Tapsee Pannu has asked Anubhav Sinha (filmmaker) to cast her in a film. She wants the film that would be based on caste discrimination in Indian Society. Anubhav Sinha has already made a film of the same genre, now Tapsee Pannu has expressed her longing for the same kind of project.
Anubhav wrote on Monday, “So very obviously, more films need to be made on the caste system in India. I, for one, certainly will.”
Tapsee was ready to reply soon. She said, “Is baar main kar lu ?”
Anubhav wrote back to her, “Badi badmash hai yaar tu, soi nahi ab tak? Kar le yaar tu kar le.”
Delighted Taapsee replied back, “Ok now I can happily call it a day goodnight.”
Anubhav has done a movie, Article 15 on caste discrimination with Ayushmann Khurrana.the film was appreciated for mentioning caste biases in the mainstream cinema.
Tapsee and Anubhav have teamed first time in 2018
However, Tapsee and Anubhav have teamed up for Mulk in 2018, for the first time. The film promoted communal harmony. Again, they came together for Thappad.
Tapsee has shared a note earlier this year for the filmmaker. She was extremely happy with him. She has begun the note with a dialogue from Tum Bin. Tapsee has used wise and delightful words to express her love for Anubhav. She wrote, “Maalum hai aapko sahaare ki zarurat nahi hai, main bas saath dene aaya hu (I know you don’t need support, I have just come to give you company). That day and now I am the biggest fan of your love affair with words and lines. The proud witness of version 2.0, I really don’t know if I am a bigger fan of the writer/director or the human being he is!”
Meanwhile, Tapsee already has a lot in her kitty. She has Shabash Mithu, a sports drama and Rashami Rocket in her way.
