“I feel like this is a weird time to be celebrating, but there is hope in the young people out there. I know our TV show doesn’t always feel like a great example of that, but there is hope in the young people.”

“This is, whoa!”, Zendaya concluded.

Euphoria is an American modification of an Israeli TV show of the same name. It follows a drug addicted teenager Rue. Rue is played by Zendaya. She strives to fit in with her classmates and remain clean.

The real audience of HBO’s modern teen drama Euphoria isn’t truly about teens. It’s not even about the parents of teenagers. The true audience for Euphoria is parents of the children who are about 5 to 10 years old. The parents who have fairly good relationships with those kids but can discern the storm clouds on the frontier.
